BOB FERNANDEZ - FOUNDER
Bob Fernandez was born in Monterrey, Mexico. He immigrated to the US in the late 1940s, became a US citizen and attended Texas public schools. He continued on to earn a Chemical Engineering degree from Texas A&I. He moved to Southeastern Arizona in the early 1970s to participate in the newly formed Maquiladora program. Mr. Fernandez became very instrumental in developing the Maquiladora rules and regulations that we currently use today. He has been assisting companies who manufacture in Mexico for over 35 years, through shelter programs, contract manufacturing, and consulting services..
CARLOS FERNANDEZ - CEO(cfenterprises@theriver.com)
Born in Chicago, IL, Carlos has a degree from Northern Arizona University in industrial and Corporate Development. He has worked with BF&S since 1992, and assumed the title of CEO when Bob Fernandez retired in 2005.
YOVHANA SALDANA - FACILITIES MANAGER

Yovhana was born in Mexico City, immigrated and became a US citizen in 2000. She has worked for BF&S since 2006. She currently runs all operation of our Douglas offices and warehouse, including customs, shipping & receiving, and administration.
ALBERTO PEREYDA - FACILITIES MANAGER

Alberto has been with BF&S since 1994. He started as a Production Supervisor and worked his way up through the ranks to his current position as Plant Manager.
JUAN BOSCO - ENGINEER MANAGER

Juan has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Sonora. He has been a part of BF&S since 2008 and overseas a highly skilled team of 10 engineers and quality control technicians.
LUIS CARLOS RAMOS - ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Luis Carlos has been with BF&S since 1988. He was our first hire when we incorporated in Mexico, helping us to acquire permits, hire personnel, and file the proper paperwork with the Mexican government necessary to keep our operations running smoothly. Luis Carlos continues in the same capacity as we earn new customers, or assist existing customers with new products.
ALONSO RASCON - FACILITY MANAGER

Alonso has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Sonora. He has been working with BF&S since 1998. Starting as a Manufacturing Engineer, he has worked in every key position necessary to take our company to the next level. Alonso has taken on special projects including implementation of our MRP system and ISO-2001-2008 certification. He is currently working toward our AS-9100 certification, target date: Summer 2014.
GABRIEL ACUNA - ENGINEER MANAGER

Gabriel has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Sonora. He started working for BF&S in 2001 as a Manufacturing Engineer and has worked his way up to Engineer Manager. Gabriel has been vital in transferring our most complex assemblies from the customers' facilities to Mexico. He currently manager over 20 engineers and quality control technicians.
OMAR GRIJALVA - PRODUCTION MANAGER

Omar has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Sonora. He started with BF&S in 2000, running one of our motor plants in another location. After we decided to consolidate our operations, Omar took over as Production and Materials Manager for our Cumpas facility.
